Join the Green Journey Bloggers (Green Granny, Lois, Conaer, and Jane) as they embark on a quest to “become greener” over 16 weeks. Their simple, inexpensive, everyday ideas will be posted on their blog feeds on the GreenCupboards Community. The Green Journey Bloggers will post thoughts, lists, and actions as they traverse through the GreenCupboards “four phases of becoming greener” (see below for more details about these phases). Readers are encouraged to comment on the posts and join the Green Journey Bloggers on a Green Journey of their own! The Journey begins November 24, 2009 and will continue through March 16, 2010.

GreenCupboards' four phases of becoming greener:
  • Education: Writers will learn green terms, create their own personal definitions, and understand the meaning and value of “going green."
  • Immersion: Writers will utilize their respective communities to field opinions on going green (both expert & non) to develop a personal stance on green topics.
  • Creation: Writers will create useful information and/or lists based on information from the first two phases focused on creating useful tools and lists for going green.
  • Reflection: Writers will reflect on the “big picture” of their green journey(s) and how they have affected change in themselves and in their surroundings.
